From 19 to 24 October 2026 Venice Fashion Week explores Made in Italy through sustainability, ateliers, designers and contemporary craft.
Fashion in Venice is most interesting when it talks to making. Venice Fashion Week is built around that idea, linking sustainable fashion, contemporary craftsmanship, design, education and business culture in a city where textiles and skilled manual work are part of economic history as much as aesthetics.
A Venetian network since 2013
The project has been active since 2013 and has developed a network of more than 120 organisations. It is not limited to runway shows: ateliers, companies, emerging designers, craftspeople and cultural venues all contribute to a broader conversation around Made in Italy and sustainability.
The October 2026 programme
