Venice Cocktail Week 2026: five days of citywide mixology
From 21 to 25 October 2026 the fifth Venice Cocktail Week connects 31 Selected Bars across Venice.
For five days Venice can also be explored through its bar counters. Venice Cocktail Week is not a trade fair in one building: it is a citywide itinerary linking hotel bars, cocktail bars and Event Partners, with experiences for serious enthusiasts and curious visitors alike.
The fifth edition
From 21 to 25 October 2026 the event returns with 31 Selected Bars: 21 hotel bars and 10 cocktail bars. The programme includes masterclasses, tastings, aperitifs, meetings and guest shifts. Event Partners and individual calendar details may continue to evolve before the week begins.
Three ways to read the cocktail list
Participating venues work with three recurring categories: Signature Cocktail, Aperitivo di Mezzogiorno and Classic Cocktail. The lunchtime category highlights low- or zero-ABV drinks, while Signature and Classic showcase a bar’s creativity and its approach to established recipes.
More than simply having a drink
The most interesting part is moving between different styles and places. A historic hotel bar can offer a completely different experience from a contemporary cocktail bar. Two or three well-chosen events are usually more rewarding than trying to collect venues in one evening.
Practical information
Venice Cocktail Week takes place 21–25 October 2026. Individual events may be free, ticketed or require booking. Check the official programme for Selected Bars, guest shifts, masterclasses and current admission details.
Marghera Venice Apartments tip
Use the week to discover different neighbourhoods rather than racing between bars. For the return to Marghera, plan your bus or train in advance so you can enjoy the evening without thinking about the car.
