If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or WeChat, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, provide accommodation information and, where requested, take pre-contractual steps or manage your stay.
Legal basis
Enquiries about availability, bookings and stays are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform the resulting contractual relationship. Strictly necessary technical data are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational.
Recipients and measurement services
Data may be processed by technical providers required for the website and, only according to your consent, by Google for Google Analytics 4 and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for Meta Pixel. WhatsApp, WeChat and other external services are also activated when you choose their links and apply their own notices.
Analytics, Meta Pixel and consent
Analytics and Marketing are optional, separate choices. GA4 provides website-use statistics. Meta Pixel measures Facebook and Instagram campaigns, page or content views and the selection of a contact channel, and may build advertising audiences. It does not record a click as a booking or purchase. Neither tag loads before the relevant consent, which you can change or withdraw through the footer.
Retention
Enquiry data are kept for as long as needed to handle the contact and, if a booking or legal obligation follows, for the periods required by applicable law. Technical security data are retained only as necessary and according to the technical provider’s settings.
